Today I ate a lot of foods. I had 2 snacks, one was full of sugar and salt, and has high caloric dense. Another snack is the same, but I added cabbage in it to lower caloric density.
Not only that, I had around 1/2kg of jackfruit, 1/4 watermelon, around 1/2kg rose apple, 1 pineapple, 1 guava. These fruits have low calories and their volume is so much.
So all those fruits makes me too full, my stomach bloated a lot.
And last thing to write today. I made new records for my workout. My bench press was 45lbx6x4, that was better than expected. My sumo deadlift increased to 20kg as well. But my lower back is working more and more while deadlift, so I’m gonna train my glutes more to save my back.
My goal is to press 100% of my body weight, that’s gonna be 200lb, not I can do 90lb, almost half way, another half way to go.
