I’ve decided that I am indeed a fit chick. Fit at 45. Fit at 5’10” and 180lb. Fit with excess skin. Fit mentally, emotionally and physically. Fit with lots of lifting left to do. Fit with lots of muscle left to build. ☺️🦵💪🏻👊🏻

Thank you. While perhaps I was fishing for compliments my point is that I’m far from perfect, skinny or ultra fit. I have put hard work into shedding fat and building muscle. I’ve “regained” 10lb from my lowest while foot was injured in October. I’m strong, I’m happy and I don’t obsess over my scale. The fact that I did 100 weighted barbell squats and 60 deadlifts today at the gym speaks for where I’m headed. I’ve set my mind set to such that I focus on strength and holistic wellness and not the number on my scale. Yes I want it under 175 but I also like my 🍫 and 🍷 🤷‍♀️

Wow, Lowkeylife thank you for the post. I too am 5’10” yet @ 187 and look pretty good, no rolls of fat, but not as amazing as you. Height really helps and working out. I use to be more active on my little half acre with a horse- no gym just taking care of it all. You have inspired me to get out there again. Love the dating post!👍Happy Sunday!🌸
