I shouldn’t have listen to the gym’s trainer. He told to wear shoes while deadlifting and now my lower back is so hurt.

I will do prolonged fasting until my back recover. I think it should take less than a week. I hope that I can get back to plan next week.

Fasting (especially prolonged fasting) is the best way to boost recovery. And I want to recover as soon as possible, that’s the reason why I go so harsh on myself by going prolong fasting.
