I ate potatoes with glucose syrup yesterday, and I added too much syrup. So it’s reasonable that my weight went up.
This new year I will try OMAD (one meal a day) keto diet.
I plan is to make muscle and shred some fat at the same time, so I will go OMAD keto with calorie surplus with weight training.
Not sure I can handle that much fatigue but with well planning and careful preparation, I’m sure everything is possible.
