My weight this morning is quite unexpected, because yesterday I ate around 2000cal, but before that it was 1700cal and 1500cal.
More than that yesterday after workout I ate snacks, very sweet snacks. That alone has lots of sugar and starch.
I have some snacks left. I will eat them after workout today, I will know whether the losing weight was water weight (which I’m more convinced) or body weight.
