Weight in today is reasonable. Yesterday I perfectly ate as planned.

But I’m rethinking that I should separate the meal into 2, I think 1 big meal can easily trigger insulin, but 2 smaller meals can be a bit harder.

I’ll think about it again on the weekend.
84.9 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
