Woke at 233.2, down 1.8 from yesterday. Did weights before work. Coffee to start and then did protein coffee, an almond butter and jelly wrap, some chicken wings, and some tuna for lunch. UPDATE: Weighed 233.5 at 5:45. About to do weekly happy hour -- red wine tonight. Will fast tomorrow.
