Yesterday I had a cheat. I make jelly from blackberries 200g, strawberries 200g and aspartame with jelly powder. I ate only half of it.
As far as I can see, my weight came up 0.2kg from yesterday morning, but I don’t think that small amount of carbs (excluding fiber) might be enough to cause weight gain.
It is possible that myself now is very sensitive to carb that even small amount of carb can cause me gaining weight thou.
