Yesterday I ate less sodium and did leg workouts, seems like my presumption about water absorbing was correct. I’m getting thinner but with more sodium I consume, I gain water weight.
Today the pumpkin seeds may come, so started from tomorrow, I will add pumpkin seeds to meal plan.
And finally, this Friday is a holiday and next Monday as well, so I will workout on mon-fri in this week and tues-fri on next week. My meal plan will have a little bit changes because of this.
