Yesterday I did lower body workout. I think these days I’ve been consumed too much sodium. I will try lower sodium intake and see the result. And today I have upper body workout routine but I have to skip it, because the soreness from last upper body split hasn’t gone off.
90.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
