以前减肥从来不称体重,总觉得看起来瘦了才是目标,也不敢面对自己真实的体重,现在才发现其实称体重真的很有助于给自己动力,每天看着自己一点点掉重量真的很开心。希望能坚持住,一定要变成更好的自己。
