Got to 226.8 this morning! Not too bad considering all the fast food and sodium we had this past week. Of course, I walked 5 1/2 miles while moving my in-laws yesterday! A few more hours of unpacking and then Denise and I fly back to DC. UPDATE: Got most everything unpacked, got the phones and TV set up, and got Denise's parents in a good place. Felt good about the job. Headed to the airport and did well in Omaha, but there was a four-hour delay in our next flight. Ate dinner in St. Louis and settled in there. Denise hurt her knee while we were gone and she was wheelchair bound on the way back. We got good seats on the plane, though! But wow, were we ever a sight in the airport with me pushing her with two backpacks on and a roller behind us! Got home at about 2:15 am. Weighed in on the trusty Tanita and got to 226.2. Works for me. I will telework the next two days to round out the week. I'm probably going to have to take Denise to the doctor or the emergency room.
