Woke up to a 205.2, up 3.2 from yesterday after a huge refeed last night! About to hit the road for Ohio today so my next meal will be burgers and salad with my lovely sister Judy. UPDATE: Got to Judy's house and ate that fabulous salad with two burgers! She also pushed some Halo Top on me later and I didn't resist. Since I had eaten so few carbs earlier, I topped out at 27 grams, which isn't too bad. Spending the day with sister Nancy in Cleveland tomorrow. That means lunch out at some trendy place on the West Side and dinner with Zak -- her amazing Moroccan boyfriend/chef who always insists on stuffing me! Weighed 209.6 at midnight, showing the bulk of my large dinner!
