After having the noro virus last weekend, I really struggled all week with my eating. My knee flared up again and my psyche was way out of kilter. I'm shocked at the results this week, but will view as pleasantly surprised.
I did mix it up a bit with my protein this week and ate some beef and chicken in addition to a few fish meals. My stomach seemed a little queasy all week and couldn't actually even look at fish. My husband (personal trainer) insists on the fish. He said today that he thinks by mixing it up last week, I got some good results.

My mother brought me up on quotes / idioms. She always said, "The proof is in the pudding"

Still waiting to hear what Warren did with his tofu. Next time I might try that when feeling blah. Is he actually using those chia seeds?
Do they make you stronger or are they just taking up space in his cabinet? That's probably why they on sale at the dollar store. Warren, Warren ? ?
