Sarah1950's Journal, 21 Mar 16

I feel like I struggled all week. Many days I felt hungry. My blood sugar has fallen several times this week and that has its effects on me. I eat a cup of blueberries to offset drop. I need to adjust my insulin, but don't know which meds to reduce.

I felt okay with the walking I did this week. I walked 25 minutes 5 times. My knee has improved remarkably. A week ago I was bed bound for 2 days and now I can walk without my cane. I was able to go further distance with fewer stops to catch my breath. For the athletes on this site, please forgive me, but everyone has to start somewhere.

A problem I noticed this week is that I have no energy. I continue to feel lethargic and fatigued. My suspicions are that I have no muscle material only fattissue. Maybe as I keep walking and losing more weight it'll return.

Great loss for you, and glad you could do some walking. When I was 240lbs, I walked in my neighborhood for 10-15 minutes a day. That was the best I could do at that time so you are right, we all have to just start!
