I am happy with the scale reading today. Although I am away from my home, I am staying focused on losing weight. For now, I have decided that I only have to keep one ball in the air. I acknowledge that trying to keep several balls in the air at the same time is what got me to this place. I am a terrible multi- tasker. Who invented that term anyway? My blood sugar has been below 90 all week. I had a couple of incidents of low sugar bc of low carbs. I am learning to detect the signs earlier to avoid catastrophe.

I love this site. Reading about other folks struggling, and sometimes giving in to all the temptations, is such a boost to my self esteem an confidence. I'm not sure, but I don't think Lucifer showed Jesus a cinnamon bun dripping with carbs while he was in the desert for forty days.y Nevertheless, my commitment to me is for more than forty days.

I will continue to pray that the Holy Spirit guide me along my journey, keeping all my buddies close at hand.
