Today for day 5, My meal will be filled with tomatoes and a cup of rice. I took about 7 to 10 tomatoes through out the day because it produce a lot of uric acid in our body. Well for breakfast i ate 4 tomatoes, for lunch i ate 2 tomatoes and a cup of rice, for dinner i ate 4 tomatoes. well i did ate my Epa-Dha omega 3 supplement for this whole diet plan too and for today diet i need drink atleast 8 to 12 glasses of water. Two more days to go and will see how is the result ^_^ all the best guys!

As for today on day 4, my diet will be on banana and milk diet. I took 6 to 8 bananas throughout the day and 3 glasses of milk. I divide them properly as i took a banana and glass of milk in the morning and took 2 more bananas between my lunch. As for lunch i ate 2 bananas and a glass of milk. For dinner i ate 2 bananas and a glass of milk. That all for today menu :)
Today i went to see my doctor and i was told to cut my weight down and drink less water because i told my doc that i use to drink a lot of water. So i have to plan my water intake too and not more than 6-8 cup of water. My doc did told me that i might get diabetes due to my family history. so yea i have to work this up hard.

For day 3, my meal will be fruits in the morning and veggies in the afternoon and repeat fruits diet in evening. But for dinner, i thought of going for a salad but end up with sugar blocker herbal tea instead. Hoping for a good result on the last days, with my 7 day diet plan still going on, i will try not to screw this up. will put up and update my weight on the last day of this diet plan. So guys, keep it up and never give up. Cant wait for the result!! all the best guys :)

Today for day 2, i'm gonna eat vegetables for whole day. It can be taken by raw state or boiled state.(i won't put any oil or sauce on it and go for plain fresh)
my best veggies choice in this diet are broccoli, carrot, bean cucumber and cabbage.
So for today meal, i be using 2 veggies, broccoli and carrot. steam both veggies and done. Eat while it fresh :) That all for today fatsecret family, good luck for those who on diet and keep going <3

Today, for the day 1 i start my diet with flushing away some toxin and waste in my body system by consuming fruits which has more water percentage such as watermelon, muskmelon, grape or papaya.(avoid banana) So for today i gonna clean everything out before i continue the journey and start my 2nd day of diet plan. For me i prefer watermelon because it does give more water percentage than other selected fruits that i put up above. Most important is to drink 6-8 glasses of water daily and do some exercises.(keep it sweat people)
