Hoping eating heavy carbs will help hold water. Did I say THAT?! Working outside in this heat (which has taken extremes) has made me cramp several times at night. Full blown Charlie Horses, then later the inside of legs going towards groin (both include feet of course). Yesterday drank over a gallon (including Body Armor Lyte, water, and coconut water). I use Hylands Bioplasma, and last night took Mary Ruth Minerals. It's just so damn brutal. I'm not outside nonstop, but do come in soaked. IF YOU HAVE DOGS, DO NOT LET THEM STAY OUT LONG IN HEAT!!! Customers have called about their dogs that died in the heat, that is why we go in and out more but quicker while letting dogs out.

Bingo!! Hebro... this concept of drinking more water than you should is flawed. You actually just dilute your system of its precious resources like minerals and electrolytes through the constant urination. I say eat as much hydration as you can. Take water in through sips as needed. Fruits contains carbs n electrolytes to add in to your system. Vs water just washing out your system. If that makes sense. When I was grain free I nearly had a heatstroke working out I. The summer heat. The feeling of puking my guts out and dizziness with blackening vision. I was lucky to make my way back I the house and cool down on the toilet... if I had feinted outside I the heat no one would know. Be safe out there

Thanks Supergainz, I learned when I was trying to do Keto before. For me not worth it. I definitely have to get in more fruits, had been getting watermelon and have one I haven’t cut. When we are busy (since only two is running the biz) I fall behind on what I should be eating. Last week I had some of those prepackaged salads for breakfast since time slips away. Today or tomorrow is slowing down, will try and pick up my fruits and veggies. Heat been brutal, is the earth going to blow up soon??? 🥵
