51d - 33.4(-06)。体重昨天發神經4天掉了 1.9 kg,可能体重它發現自己算錯,今天還我0.5kg。其實不用秤我自己都知道今天体重會升,因為排尿次數明顯比前幾天都少很多,小褲褲也沒有前幾天鬆。
61.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
