真的假的降了0.7讚爆了
我只是睡飽睡到中午而已太讚了
中午吃了自助餐。。有多吃菜
晚餐吃牛肉湯。肉真的好吃
菜吃很少。。明天要補菜。菜。菜
67.7 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
