低碳Day44~72.1(-7.8) 咳爆了,都咳血了,還一直冒汗, 天啊新發現。喝了咖啡才狂咳 可見對感冒來說咖啡是敏感食物 一早吃了爆多起士,配兩盤生菜 下午吃兩隻白帶煎魚加奶油 晚餐5點多吃一盒菜不飽 炒高麗菜配蒟蒻麵炒醬油 重點來了下著雨 明金 帶自己做的 起士蛋糕來給我@@我開心到爆 但我受不了吃了兩片。。哎呀 爆碳了啦。。明天體重不量了😂
