低碳Day37~73.9(-6.0)
體重狂升。真的是滷味害的
滷味裡都有糖。
寧願吃炸的不吃粉皮。
可以吃炸雞皮,炸雞排吃的飽飽
也不能吃滷的或烤的=都是糖
73.9 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.9 kg a Week
