Teo weeks holidays made me lost the contract of my food, hmmmm, new year need to start to loss weight, more exercise, healthy food!!!! This year weight target is 48KG by end of Dec 2018!
54 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
