finally below my LOW of last week!... .8 lbs away from my JUNE goal... 6.8 away from my goal for the year!... and i still have till saturday to drop a couple lbs!.. man i'm excited to see the 160s again!

77.9 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
