Feeling Great, Lost 6lbs this past week so the diet is working. Hitting the gym tonight with my daughter. Going to go hard and do 45-60 mins on the eliptical.
128.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 60.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
