About exercise, I go to gym class 3-4 times a week, spend at least 1 hour for cardio. About the meal, I cut down card in the evening, only consume boiled veggie and protein shake.
60.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
