Energy was wiped yesterday. It was my second rest day. This illness I came down with earlier this week was lingering- light cough, runny nose, sneezing. I did my best to stay hydrated and feed myself well. I'm starting out this morning weight training week 8, five day week-feeling strong. I started my period this morning so I am going to stop recording weight this week due to bloating. I am making some dietary changes this week, let's see if I can curb some of those menstrual cravings and still feel great this week.
63.4 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
