努力保持運動,讓代謝更高一些,身體也比較不會那麼怕冷,一週泡澡3-4次,補充鐵劑綜合維他命,補充魚油(醫生建議),每天盡量運動5000-10000步數,每天拉筋下雨也盡量在家深蹲做一些簡單運動,持續下去讓身體更棒,加油愛自己就是讓自己更健康更美麗
