Currently buat intermittent fasting (IF) 17:7 + suku2 separuh 💝 also, cardio exercise (cycling) + body tone up exercise guna dumbell and resistance bands 💖❤️ Happy sgt2 sebab diet tak stress 🥰
63.3 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
