🙄🙄😵‍💫昨晚十點前睡著清晨五點前起來上個廁所再睡一會兒到六點起床,超難得有睡了整整八個小時起來反而覺得累想睡(之前一小時已經淺眠睡不大好就不繼續睡了!)
44.9 kg Lost so far: 16.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

越接近起床時間就越淺眠手腳都會不自覺轉動起來做起床前的手腳關節活動😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

我吃過夜酵素那種,還不錯是有效的,後來嫌貴改成拉筋泡澡跟走路運動多喝水來讓睡眠好,比吃這些便宜😂😂,只是比較花時間
