Currently on Diet Suku Suku Separuh + cardio exercise ( cycling ) + body toning exercise ( using dumbell and resistance bands ) ❤️🌹
63.7 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
