Not as bad as as expected after a 3 week food, travel and fun fest. I’ll tighten up for the next week and should see a drop back to at least below 185 🤞
86.5 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
