So last Saturday I had a full blown taco and tequila fiesta with my friends. Boom; gained like 7lb overnight. Let me tell you that this weight is not falling off as usual. I am on a couple meds and my body is a lil off but golly but why is it this hard this time around?
Good thing is I asked my physical therapist what restrictions I have and he said none!!! I just need to listen to my body!!! 💃 Barbell squats ✅ deadlifts ✅ lunges ✅🤮
This weight? 😒😭
93.0 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Love squats and deadlifts but right there with you on lunges! 🤣 I find when I go on a binge eating/drinking night of fun to have a glass of water with every drink. Next day over hydrate and pee the carbs out. 🤣

I’ve been trying to flush out the tacos and tequila for a week but still right there. Sooo annoying. I don’t like that I have to eat some 1400-1600 cals per day to lose. I’m a tall big woman. I’m hungry 😂😂😂
