整晚沒睡好的代價😱😭😭😭
48.1 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

要睡飽飽,跟吃飽飽🤣🤣🤣

早上起床一樣喝水(只不過改成200多的芝麻醬混蜂蜜水(據說有潤腸通便之效)+200多的溫開水),運動後排水完再一次上秤體重變成47.7~.8🙄
