因為上週日斷食,週一也直接銜接極低碳了
一直知道這樣的情況運動會很沒力,但還真不是一般的虛啊
打了一個半小時的泰拳,有半小時花在休息上,不想跟教練太多解釋,但仍顯得較偷懶些了,覺得小丟臉😣
