I see you recorded a loss yesterday, I would definitely stick with the lower one and then make sure you’re not weighing anything in your G.I. track if you catch my trip including water? getting a true weight is sometimes hard but it is physically impossible for your body to have created a pound of fat or muscle overnight .. but I ain’t No Dr. Jimmie
