Been a rough week. Not surprised that I gained. It is getting hot in Texas so walking it harder too.

Marital problems continue but trying to keep my thoughts to myself but he doesn't like that. He doesn't want to know how sad I get or that he is on thin ice.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
