WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: another -0.6 lbs like last week.
just went back to working out after a whole week of break last week for little ones spring break. also i have been so stressed lately too so that’s equal to high cortisol levels. trying my best to keep going… 🙏
73.3 kg Lost so far: 22.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
