磅數無變左成個月,有啲氣餒,就快想放棄😔已經日日168
56.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

平台期🤔 有無做運動? 食「欺騙餐」刺激下身體

有平台期表示身體接受咗現在體重為正常,所以不會反彈,維持半年,又可以輕鬆減,此時不可貪心

平台期真的很難捱,心理上很難過。加油👍🏻可以試放鬆一至兩日食全餐,增加數磅之後再進行168,應會有效
