WEIGH-IN WEDNESDAY: -0.6 from last week.
Yesterday was my lowest to date at 161.6 lbs.
Acid reflux has been giving me a rough week, include bloating and PMS cramps too! Plus kiddo is on spring break, had chick-fil-a and mcdonald’s over the weekend! And right now mommy duties come first that i had put exercise on a break for the meantime. Hoping to completely get back on track by next week. We’ll see. Still trying to track my calorie intake, however not doing so much of a deficit, because i realized i was eating so little my metabolism really slowed down. Reassessing another change to my eating and exercise routine again and doing a reboot by Monday (hopefully) 🤞
73.6 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
