from BMI obese class 2, now i am officially just OVERWEIGHT! i’m so glad i didn’t quit when the scale wasn’t moving the direction i wanted it to, glad i didn’t quit when i hit that 3-week plateau. glad i trusted the process.. glad i kept going.. #progressoverperfection #healthynotskinny #marathonnotasprint

Yes Maguscanook, we all need to be reminded sometimes. Whenever we do not see the results we want, it’s frustrating and tempting to just throw in the towel. But we all had and will be having those days when we fall off the wagon, but what matters is, we get back on and keep going. ☺️

Congratulations on being Overweight - that is a major achievement --- Good for you! I am going to take your advice and keep going - I have been on a plateau for about 6 or 7 weeks --- it is becoming frustrating --- but then again --- on the way up with all of the weight gain - I lived on this plateau for years - I am at the bottom end of BMI Overweight. You are encouraging and promotional to keep going.
