I think that I am noticing a change from my normal trending. It appears that I'm having to eat more calories to maintain my current weight. Yesterday was a rest day, I ate "Well" at 106% of my calorie goal, exceeded my protein goal but did not meet some activity goals. 208 kcal deficit // BF↓0.1% // barely missed Sleep Goal
