i know it’s not my weigh-in Wednesday yet, but yesterday holiday rush started to kick in and i wasn’t able workout and we also ate at a greek restaurant where i kind of indulged a little bit. So, when i woke up today i felt the urge to weigh myself to see the damage so i can immediately fix it and get back on track. i was pleasantly surprised when i stepped on the scale that i lost weight from 4 days ago! not only that, i have finally achieved my goal of losing 20 lbs before the year ends (since starting mid october this year)! i thought it would take a couple more weeks, but i did it! 21 lbs gone and i swear i will never gain back!
85.9 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
