果然恢復吃飯就體重上升
還好昨天開始加入運動
可惜不能天天動,二天一次
不過可以動起來就很好啦

這是我不願採用斷食法的主因,因為只要恢復飲食幾乎會復胖,前功盡棄……😤

沒關係慢慢減……很多女生節食減肥結果經期亂掉,得不償失🙂
