Maintenance Day 46
Waist = 34 1/2"; No Change.

OMAD is freakin genius for calorie restriction while lifting. For me. Or in my case OSMAD. One Solid Meal. Shake as lunch/preworkout/fast break. Or if necessary just to curb hunger. Meat feast post lift.

Yesterday I feasted on grilled sirloin, roasted whole onions, creamed spinach and yams post workout. Barely got in 1000 calories. Came back for desert and got in another 6 oz of meat while prepping my "anabolic" ice cream. Still short on calories, I threw an ounce of salted pecans in my ice cream. Even after all that, I only logged 1735 on the day, 265 short of my lift day calories. 203g protein. Stuffed to the gills. And about 1/4 of that ice cream is in the freezer because I couldn't finish.... Zero hunger this morning. YMMV. Only posting to remind myself of how well this works, as I had forgotten.

Crazy dreams again. Back at some place I have been to a couple of times before recently. On some mission with the Ex-Wife. WTF. And in a separate episode back to the Grandparents house with Pop where we were going to host one last Thanksgiving.

Finally figured out how to get a good look at my back in the locker room yesterday. I keep a lot of fat in my lower back as it turns out, where some jiggling continues. Hadn't realized as I never really had a successful look before. This would explain both my periods of dropping scale with no apparent mirror movement, and my persistently low body fat measurements. Not measuring the back fat, cause reach... It's whatever.

Mo rows. Less calories.
