Maintenance Day 44
Waist = 34 3/8"; No Change

This morning, as I yet again watch the rain bounce off the grill, Thor reminds us that prayer without sacrifice comes to naught. Or perhaps his pasty white Norse ass is simply jealous of my rich, San Tropez tan. Regardless, I shall be finding my own Athelstan to bring to Uppsala this year, so the gods know that I am serious about my pool time and are duly placated.

3600k yesterday. Averaging nearly 2700 for the week. History says this is well over maintenance. Missed 2 lift days. Protein down, cause no shopping and no meal plan and no prep, as the office rehab + life consumed my week. Down another 0.2# overnight; 2.5# on the week. Visibly, uh, leaner! (Except for the relentless lower back/ab fat about which I will momentarily refrain from blathering.) Completely unexpected, unplanned, and unprogrammed. Deep into WTAF territory at this point.

Time to run some cable. I'm thinking it may be a good day to dust off some Skynyrd...
