Maintenance Day 42
Waist = 34 3/8"; Down 1/4 "

Food craves last couple days. Specifically simple carbs. With fat. Outta the blue. Not even really dieting ATM, so strange. Found myself eating plain slider rolls Wednesday; cold leftover white rice yesterday. Then reheated white rice with butter, sour cream and two cheeses. Twice. And yogurt stuffed with pecans and 100% chocolate. Haven't been to the gym since Monday. Excuse is that I have my office ripped up and need to get the rehab finished before the weekend. This is true, but not exculpatory. Calories pacing at 2500 for the second week, which seems high for me. Scale down, waist down. OK. Feel fat in the waist and lower back. Yet another benefit of clothing that actually fits!

FS tells me that a large onion has 63 calories, the number I have been logging for years, and which has had me contemplating a roasted onion diet of recent. Roasted up three beauties last night. Skinned and cleaned they weighed in at 14 oz each, and 168 calories...Still, I feel like I could allow myself unlimited grilled chicken thighs, roasted onions and salt, and never be able to gain....

The pregnancy taste mod thing is bizarre to me. Too bad it killed your taste for onions. Hopefully you can still eat garlic! Feel you on the brioche. I started making smash burgers over lockdown and they have to go on brioche, which of course can only be purchased super sized in bags of twelve from the restaurant supply... And of course if you upgrade your hamburger buns, how would you explain sticking with pasty white hotdog buns??

I've never hooked up with a girl who didn't like garlic, so I must be doing something right! My buddy has a local pizza joint and gave me his duplicate Restaurant Depot card, so I can go anytime. Only challenge is over buying because of the quantities....

No room, or I would without a doubt have a freezer full of meat! Or two. It's probably better for me to have less space. I tend to, uh, expand...
