I ate a lot of fruits (bananas, apples, jackfruits, mangoes) with about 1kg of sweet potatoes yesterday. But in dinner I didn’t drink water like I normally do after meal, because I felt so full. I think the weight loss was water weight.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7.7 kg a Week
