最近重新拿起健身環來運動,雖然很累,不過流汗的感覺還不錯😊
最近沒吃零食,發現同樣體重下,肚子沒那麼油,果然零食還是不能代替正餐😂
明天通勤,今天先回歸來紀錄體重✌
59.2 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
