This weight is surprising me. I though my weight would be 77kg at least, because yesterday I ate a lot and the dinner was very spicy, so I drank a lot of water, and this morning I didn’t poop much, my lower belly was bloating.
It turned out I didn’t gain the much weight from the food I ate yesterday. Probably because those food I ate had very low caloric density.
Some people feel regret after eating big portion of food, but I feel very proud every time I finish big meal with low energy density such as fruits, vegetables, or even starchy food with low calories. I feel like I step toward better health from eating them.
